Nanomath LLC is a Spokane, Washington-based pharmacometric software and consulting firm. We build the computational tools that make scientific decisions defensible — and we sit in the stack with the teams who need them.
Mission
We believe the model is not the data — the model is the decision the data makes possible. Every Nanomath engagement begins with the question beneath the question, and works backward from the decision through the math to the code.
Our software is opinionated because science is opinionated. We default to methods with the deepest literature, validate against published cohorts, and document every assumption that appears in the final report.
Heritage
SAAM II's roots reach back four decades — to the founding work on compartmental analysis at the NIH and the University of Washington. Nanomath inherits that lineage as the official distributor and active developer of SAAM II, while building the next generation of computational tools alongside it.
